Open Access Policy

Open Access Statement

Afeksi: Jurnal Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan implements a full and immediate open access policy for all published articles.

All articles may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, linked, and lawfully used by anyone without subscription fees or access restrictions, provided that the applicable requirements concerning attribution, copyright, scholarly integrity, and licensing are observed.

This policy is based on the principle that making research findings openly available to the public can:

  1. broaden the dissemination of scholarly knowledge;

  2. improve the visibility and accessibility of research findings;

  3. support the exchange of knowledge at both national and international levels;

  4. increase opportunities for the use and citation of scholarly works;

  5. promote equitable access to scholarly information; and

  6. enhance the contribution of research to the development of education and society.

No embargo period applies to published articles. The final version of each article is made openly accessible on the journal’s official website from the date of publication.

Open Access Model

Afeksi: Jurnal Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan adopts the Gold Open Access model, under which all articles are published openly and made immediately accessible through the journal’s website after they have been accepted, completed the editorial process, and been officially published.

Readers are not required to:

  • create an account;

  • pay subscription fees;

  • pay article access fees;

  • obtain permission from the journal management to read or download articles; or

  • be affiliated with a particular institution.

Account registration is required only for individuals who wish to submit manuscripts, participate in the editorial process, or serve as authors, editors, or peer reviewers.
