Inovasi Pembelajaran Aktivitas Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa Sekolah Dasar: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur

Abstract


Penurunan indeks aktivitas fisik harian anak usia sekolah dasar menuntut adanya rekonstruksi strategi pengajaran penjas yang lebih interaktif dan adil. Penelitian tinjauan pustaka sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis tren global, bentuk modifikasi, dan dampak konkret dari berbagai inovasi aktivitas kebugaran jasmani bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah studi kepustakaan (literature review) dengan mengadopsi alur penyeleksian sistematis terhadap artikel ilmiah pada database internasional bereputasi Scopus dari rentang tahun 2010 hingga 2026 yang memenuhi seluruh kriteria inklusi kelayakan. Hasil sintesis data secara empiris memetakan tiga klaster inovasi utama, yakni model latihan berbasis permainan kelompok (game-based exercise), integrasi teknologi digital pemantau gerak beserta mekanika gamifikasi, serta rekayasa adaptif pada sarana prasarana dan instrumen penilaian gerak kompleks. Penerapan ragam inovasi instruksional ini terbukti secara signifikan mendongkrak kapasitas fisiologis fungsional anak seperti optimalisasi VO2max dan perbaikan status gizi, sekaligus efektif mereduksi kecemasan psikologis, mengikis bias gender, serta meningkatkan motivasi bergerak mandiri secara sukarela. Implikasinya, orientasi pembelajaran olahraga modern di tingkat dasar harus mulai bergeser dari standarisasi kaku performa dewasa menuju penciptaan ekosistem gerak yang ramah anak. Signifikansi studi ini berkontribusi pada kumpulan pengetahuan berupa draf kerangka kerja pedagogi kontemporer berbasis bukti untuk membalikkan tren kemerosotan motorik anak. Penelitian lapangan lanjutan disarankan guna mengeksplorasi model hibrida yang memadukan kecerdasan buatan dengan kearifan lokal.
