Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis mobile untuk melatih computational thinking (CT) siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah dengan kerangka Rational Unified Process (RUP). Tujuan mencakup perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi kelayakan produk dari sisi materi, rancangan antarmuka, fungsionalitas, kebergunaan, serta indikasi awal efektivitas pedagogis. Pendekatan R&D diterapkan melalui empat fase RUP, disertai validasi ahli menggunakan Aiken’s V, uji kebergunaan dengan System Usability Scale (SUS), pengukuran kinerja teknis aplikasi, serta studi pre–post pada sub-sampel siswa. Produk terselesaikan lengkap berikut artefak kunci (vision, arsitektur, use case, prototipe, dan paket rilis). Validasi konten CT oleh empat ahli menunjukkan Aiken’s V rata-rata 0,91; penilaian media/UX oleh tiga ahli mencapai 0,88. Kebergunaan berada pada kategori good–acceptable dengan skor SUS M = 81,7 (n = 52). Kinerja teknis tercapai pada tolok ukur kelas: waktu muat 1,42 detik, crash-free sessions 99,2% dari 318 sesi, dan task completion rate 88,5%. Studi efektivitas terbatas (n = 36) memperlihatkan peningkatan skor CT sebesar Δ = 14,3 poin, t(35) = 6,12, p < 0,001, Cohen’s d = 0,75, dan N-gain = 0,34 (kategori sedang). Instrumen evaluasi reliabel dengan Cronbach’s α antara 0,78–0,89, sedangkan analisis butir menunjukkan kesulitan sedang dan daya beda memadai.
