Kapabilitas Organisasi dalam Transformasi Digital Pendidikan Nonformal: Studi Kasus Komunitas Kampung English Kudus

Abstract

Transformasi digital pada pendidikan nonformal tidak cukup dipahami sebagai penggunaan perangkat atau platform, tetapi sebagai perubahan terkoordinasi pada strategi, sumber daya manusia, proses pembelajaran, dan jejaring kelembagaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kapabilitas organisasi yang dikembangkan Komunitas Kampung English Kudus dalam merespons digitalisasi serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif. Data diambil di Komunitas Kampung English Kudus pada periode Holiday Program periode ke -11 pada tanggal 29 Juni - 5 Juli 2026 dengan jumlah responden 20 anak dan jumlah 5 tutor. Data di himpun melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pengelola, pengajar, dan peserta didik, serta analisis dokumen organisasi. Data dianalisis secara tematik melalui proses familiarisasi, pengodean, pengembangan tema, peninjauan tema, dan interpretasi lintas sumber. Temuan menunjukkan empat kapabilitas yang saling berkaitan: penyelarasan strategi organisasi dengan teknologi digital, pengembangan kompetensi digital pengajar, inovasi pembelajaran bauran dan media interaktif, serta penguatan kolaborasi dan jejaring. Implementasinya didukung oleh fleksibilitas organisasi, kemauan pengajar untuk belajar, dan orientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik, tetapi dibatasi oleh kualitas infrastruktur, ketergantungan pada koneksi internet, ketimpangan kompetensi digital, dan adaptasi budaya belajar. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa adopsi teknologi baru menghasilkan transformasi ketika terintegrasi dengan keputusan manajerial dan desain pedagogis. Implikasinya, lembaga pendidikan nonformal memerlukan peta jalan digital bertahap yang menggabungkan investasi infrastruktur, pengembangan profesional, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan kemitraan.
