Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Asinkron dan Sinkron Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa Keperawatan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025

Abstrak

Model pembelajaran daring baik sinkron maupun asinkron memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Pembelajaran sinkron memungkinkan interaksi secara real- time sedangkan pembelajaran asinkron memberikan fleksibilitas waktu bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar  mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh model pembelajaran sinkron dan asinkron terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa keperawatan. Desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimen metode kuantititaif dengan kelompok eksperimen terdiri dari mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran sinkron dan asinkron serta kelompok kontrol mengikuti pembelajaran tatap muka. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 327 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak,  masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 109 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan kuisioner motivasi. Data dianalisis dengan uji ANNOVA dan uji t dua sampel independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran sinkron dan asinkron. Kelompok yang mengikuti pembelajaran sinkron menunjukan hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi (t= 5.21, p < 0.05), mengindikasikan bahwa model pembelajaran sinkron lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa keperawatan dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran asinkron.
