URGENSI PENDIDIKAN PEREMPUAN DI DESA BANYUANYAR LOR GENDING PROBOLINGGO

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini untuk menjelaskan konsep urgensi pendidikan perempuan di desa Banyuanyar Lor, kec Gending, Kab Probolinggo. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan berbasis pemahaman dan perilaku manusia yang berdasarkan opini. Teknik yang digunakan dalam meneliti meliputi obervasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi dan Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kurun waktu tertentu.  Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa, pemahaman dan pemikiran tentang pendidikan untuk perempuan pada masyarakat di desa Banyuanyar Lor, Kec Gending, Kab Probolinggo belum terealisasikan dengan benar. Dengan adanya pendapat bahwa laki-laki lebih memerlukan pendidikan daripada perempuan menunjukkan pemikiran mereka masih tradisional dan mereka beranggapan bahwa kodrat perempuan hanya berperan dalam urusan rumah tangga. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Perempuan
