Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pola kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan. Transformasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di era digital tidak hanya menuntut kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi, tetapi juga perubahan paradigma dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, pengambilan keputusan, dan komunikasi di lingkungan sekolah. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana kepala sekolah dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam strategi pendidikan, mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan digital, dan membangun budaya sekolah yang tanggap terhadap perubahan. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan transformasional, kepala sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang kolaboratif dan inovatif untuk menghadapi tantangan era digital.
