Manajemen Fleksibilitas Tenaga Pendidik melalui Model Multi Peran dan Portofolio Karir

Abstract


Artikel ini menyajikan eksplorasi konseptual mengenai manajemen fleksibilitas tenaga pendidik melalui model multi peran dan portofolio karir. Argumen yang dikemukakan adalah bahwa guru di lembaga pendidikan kontemporer sering menggabungkan pengajaran kelas dengan fungsi profesional lain, seperti pengembangan kurikulum, pembinaan, pelatihan profesional, penelitian, dan konsultasi eksternal. Kerangka manajemen yang diusulkan secara eksplisit mengklasifikasikan peran-peran tersebut, menyematkannya dalam pengaturan kontraktual adaptif, dan menghubungkannya dengan alat penilaian kinerja serta skema kompensasi berbasis kontribusi. Pembahasan mencakup isu perencanaan beban kerja, definisi peran, profil kompetensi, keadilan internal, kesejahteraan staf, dan loyalitas organisasi. Perhatian juga diberikan pada sistem informasi yang mencatat keberagaman aktivitas guru serta proses implementasi bertahap. Model yang diusulkan dimaksudkan sebagai referensi normatif bagi pemimpin sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan yang ingin merancang ulang struktur karir guru agar tetap menarik, mengakui kontribusi beragam, dan mendukung pertumbuhan profesional berkelanjutan sekaligus memperkuat kualitas pendidikan.
