Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana SDUT AL-CHUSNA Loram Wetan mengelola inovasi kurikulum di era digital, dengan penekanan khusus pada strategi, implementasi, dan elemen yang mendukung dan menghambat proses tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus sebagai desain. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, peninjauan dokumen kurikulum, dan wawancara menyeluruh dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan dalam kurikulum sekolah ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran, seperti penggunaan platform online, media interaktif, dan penerapan literasi digital ke dalam kurikulum. Strategi manajemen dicapai melalui penguatan kerja sama sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat, pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan, dan kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Kemampuan guru, komitmen pimpinan sekolah, dan dukungan infrastruktur digital adalah komponen pendukung utama.
