Peran Ekonomi Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Melalui Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Digital: Tinjauan Literatur

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan dan pelatihan berbasis digital dalam pendidikan nonformal sebagai alat peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dari perspektif ekonomi pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber akademik terkait dampak ekonomi pendidikan digital, tantangan implementasi, dan peluang pengembangan keterampilan tenaga kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nonformal digital memberikan kesempatan belajar yang fleksibel, meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga kerja, dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan meningkatkan akses ke lapangan kerja yang lebih baik. Namun, tantangan signifikan tetap ada, termasuk kesenjangan dalam akses ke teknologi, rendahnya pengakuan sertifikasi non-formal, dan ketidakselarasan antara kurikulum pelatihan dan kebutuhan industri. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, studi ini merekomendasikan kebijakan yang mendukung pengakuan sertifikasi non-formal, meningkatkan kurikulum yang selaras dengan industri, dan mempromosikan akses yang adil ke teknologi bagi masyarakat yang kurang terlayani. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan lembaga pendidikan sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa pendidikan nonformal digital memberikan manfaat yang optimal. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pendidikan nonformal berbasis digital dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk tantangan ketenagakerjaan di era digital dan berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.
